• Cash on Delivery (where available)

All payments are processed through secure payment gateways. We do not store your complete payment card details.

7. Refund and Cancellation

Our refund policy is available separately at Refund Policy. Key points:

• Refund requests must be made within 2 hours of delivery
• Requests must be made through the Ezysop App only
• Only defective items are eligible for replacement/refund
• Refunds are processed to Ezysop Wallet within 24 hours

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Services
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff
• Submit false or misleading information

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our Services, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Sopynes OPC Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The "Ezysop" name and logo are trademarks of Sopynes OPC Private Limited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sopynes OPC Private Limited and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Services
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on our website or sending an email. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
